Puppy Agreement/Purchase Contract:

We have a puppy agreement contract that is signed by both parties at time of "Hold" deposit. If you would like to see a copy of this, please send me your email address so I can send it to you for review.

Pick List Contract:

We have a pick list contract that is signed by both parties at time of "Pick" deposit. This guarantees the buyer a position of picking once puppies are born. This deposit is refundable is parties do not agree on price of puppy or if buyer decides against the purchase. 

Payments:

We accept cashiers checks, money orders, Walmart to Walmart transfer & Paypal. If you must write a personal check, it will be required to clear our bank prior to pickup or delivery of your puppy.

We will accept a scheduled payment structure for puppies. However, the balance must be "paid in full" before pickup or delivery.

PayPal:

We do accept PayPal for deposits and payments on puppies.

If you use paypal, we do add 3% to cover their fees.
